As we grow bigger, we grow smaller.
While we grow bigger, we ought to grow smaller too in order to nurture one another and produce more fruit.
There is an obvious challenge for Christians; the harvest is plenty but the workers are few (Matthew 9:37), that is why the ministry trained leaders in order to have this tangible unity of advancing and expanding the kingdom of God.
The ministry believes that we are in an urgent need of the Ekklesia (church) to have small groups for the following reasons:
There is a need to manifest deeper & tangible unity;
A need to reach inside and minister into the matters of the heart;
A need to teach the Bible by heart so that the people will understand the heart of God;
The church should not “play safe”;
A need to establish a sustainable movement that can be passed on to the next generation;
Incorporate Bible truths into practical everyday applications;
As we grow bigger, we need to grow smaller.
